How are your products shipped?
All of Flying Fig's products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Our prints are reinforced between chipboard pads and arrive in flat mailers. Apparel ships in weatherproof packages.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Please allow 1-2 days to process your order and 3-5 days for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with delivery information and a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
*Shipping outside the Continental United States may take longer. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Can I change my order once placed?
If you need to change any details of your order, please email connect@flyingfigcreative.com ASAP. Note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Payment
We must receive payment in full for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.
Content Accuracy
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by your personal browser software or computer system.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
